Notable injuries, news from Sunday's Week 17 games: Eagles QB Kenny Pickett injures ribs vs. Cowboys

Here are the injuries and news we're monitoring around the league on this Week 17 Sunday:

  • Cincinnati Bengals running back Chase Brown's ankle sprain is not considered a major injury, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Sunday on NFL GameDay Morning, and he has a chance to play next week against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Brown suffered the injury in the fourth quarter of Saturday night's win over the Denver Broncos.
  • Cleveland Browns cornerback Denzel Ward (shoulder) and linebacker Jordan Hicks (head) were ruled out against the Dolphins.
  • Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Jalen Brooks and cornerback Troy Pride were ejected for fighting in the fourth quarter against the Eagles.
  • Green Bay Packers defensive lineman Devonte Wyatt and safety Zayne Anderson were ruled out with concussions against Minnesota.
  • Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers broke Mike Ditka's 63-year-old record for TE receiving yards in a rookie season and passed Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua for most receptions by a rookie in NFL history. Running back Ameer Abdullah (foot) did not return against the Saints.
  • Miami Dolphins offensive tackle Terron Armstead (knee) was ruled out against the Browns.
  • Minnestoa Vikings running back Aaron Jones suffered a quad contusion against the Packers that caused him to sit out late in the game, per head coach Kevin O'Connell. Defensive end Patrick Jones (knee) is expected to miss some time, per O'Connell.
  • New Orleans Saints running back Kendre Miller (concussion) was ruled out against Las Vegas. Linebacker Jaylan Ford (fibula) was carted off the field and ruled out. Defensive end Payton Turner (ankle) left in the fourth quarter and did not return.
  • New York Giants defensive lineman Armon Watts was carted off the field with a knee injury and ruled out shortly after against the Colts.
  • New York Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner (hamstring) was ruled out against Buffalo.
  • Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Kenny Pickett (ribs), tight end C.J. Uzomah (abdomen) and defensive end Bryce Huff (shoulder) did not return against the Cowboys. Cornerback Sydney Brown was ejected for fighting in the fourth quarter. Running back Saquon Barkley became the ninth player in NFL history to run for 2,000 yards in a season.
  • San Francisco 49ers cornerback Charvarius Ward (personal) was downgraded to out for Monday's game against the Lions.
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Jamel Dean (knees) was ruled out against the Panthers.
  • Tennessee Titans offensive tackle Jaelyn Duncan (shoulder) did not return against the Jaguars.
